The funding is used to explore new ways of making progress on a housing challenge.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the ShelterCare Solutions Lab was to use human-centred design to reimagine a community-wide approach to designing responsive and relationship-based healthcare and housing supports to help end homelessness in Waterloo Region.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Solutions Lab was made possible through the support of CMHC, and the ideas, energy and knowledge of many community members and partners.
