Our Family Outreach Workers and community centre staff are here to help guide and encourage your family, so you can make the choices that are best for you.
The Family Outreach Program is a community-based program created to prevent and reduce child poverty throughout Waterloo Region. Found in multiple locations, Family Outreach Workers support parents to meet their families’ basic needs by brainstorming solutions together, connecting them with resources and when necessary providing direct supports.
