We’re looking for your input – your personal perceptions!
We are embarking on an exciting and broad community review of the House of Friendship brand and what it stands for today and how our brand is perceived in the community. We are seeking perceptions of a wide variety of constituents – staff, volunteers, program participants, sponsors, suppliers, donors, and the general public.
The input from this survey will help us understand how HoF is perceived in the general community.

There is no limit as to who fills this out – the more the better. Please feel free to forward this to your friends and family. We’re looking for input from all walks of life – including those who know HoF well, and those who don’t, and everything in between. Identifying personal information is not included so it’s completely confidential. It more trends we are after.
