Fredlyne is one of many children who benefit each year from our preventative work in low income neighbourhoods throughout Waterloo Region. Research is clear that poverty stacks the odds against children. The odds say that if poverty continues, their future will be hard. Thankfully, we can change the odds together!
Our preventative work includes after-school programs, tutoring and mentorship, development of life skills, summer camp, English conversation circles and support from 16 Family Outreach workers Region-wide.
